UAF Biochemists Alumni:

Biochemistry was initiated as an independent discipline in 1973 in the University of Agriculture Faisalabad at M.Sc. level. Later M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees were also initiated. During these years many Biochemists have completed their degrees and are serving in the country and abroad at very prestigious institutions. The biochemists at UAF always been connected as a family. Many re-unions have been arranged during these years. An Alumni Meet was very successful in 2015 during which it was decided that the UAF Biochemists alumni will be organized.

There are two levels of Alumni membership. Permanent members are those biochemists who have completed their any degree in Biochemistry from the UAF or have served at least for five years as faculty of Biochemistry and has degree in Biochemistry. Currently enrolled students of Biochemistry are offered Probational membership.

We hope this will create a more interactive environment for the biochemists and help develop liaison among them to have further collaborations, and to strengthen the UAF Biochemists family.
